We promise the two of you a special experience just for this day.
At the creative studio "TOKINOHA Ceramic Studio" in Kyoto's Kiyomizu-yaki housing complex, you can experience Rakuyaki by painting an original small bowl.
Each couple can experience firing their one-of-a-kind pottery in a high-temperature kiln on the spot.
After experiencing the real pleasure of pottery, we headed to La Locanda, an Italian restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto, with our utensils.
Enjoy a special dinner prepared by executive Italian chef Katsuto Inoue.
Furthermore, each dish in the course will be professionally arranged on Raku-yaki ware that he himself created.
Take a look at the moment when the tableware changes depending on the dish, giving it a more lustrous shine.

A pottery experience complex where you can experience the stories related to pottery with all five senses. Shop, workshop, experience, taste, creation. You can experience ceramic art from a variety of angles in this place created together with new-age creators based in Kyoto. At the workshop, we develop Shimizu ware "TOKINOHA" that is suitable for everyday life. Together with craftsmen, they create Shimizu ware that blends into modern life with its simple form and carefully considered design.
La Locanda
La Locanda, the Italian restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto, serves Italian cuisine unique to Kyoto, prepared by Executive Italian Chef Katsuto Inoue, using abundant local ingredients and seasonal ingredients. <Katsuto Inoue> Starting in Tokyo, he trained at famous restaurants in Italy and Spain. Since 2011, he has been the head chef at ``Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin,'' which was ranked 18th in 2019's ``Asia's 50 Best Restaurants'' and awarded one star in the Michelin Guide. Current position since 2019.
