～How to use～
(1) After receiving your donation, we will send you a “catalog (voucher)” within approximately two weeks.
(2) Please contact the facility listed on the "Catalogue (Voucher)" to make a reservation for the date you wish to use the facility. Please make your reservation by noon on the day before the date of use.
(3) On the day of use, please present the “Catalogue (Voucher)” to the facility.
*You cannot use the service unless you have the catalog (ticket).
*The expiration date is stated on the catalog (voucher), so please be sure to check it.
