Below are some of the available facilities and example uses. In addition, there are many other facilities available to you.

Use Cases

Anniversary and social events - World Heritage Site Nijo Castle

Approximately 1,000 employees gathered at Nijo Castle, a World Heritage site, to hold an event promoting friendship among employees.
At LINK KYOTO, we can create customized arrangements to match your needs at the city's most exclusive venues. Please feel free to contact us.
(*Please refrain from contacting shrines and temples directly.)

Anniversary and social events - World Heritage Site Kyoogokokuji Temple (Toji Temple) -

To mark the 10th anniversary of a specific investment fund, Kyoogokokuji (Toji Temple), a World Heritage site, was rented out for about 300 guests, creating a special, memorable atmosphere. Festival stalls lined the grounds, and along with live musical performances, there were special nighttime viewings of the five-story pagoda, lecture hall, and main hall, including normally restricted areas like the Small Chamber. Atmospheric lighting added a touch of glamour to the event, providing a special Kyoto experience.
For event experiences that could only happen in Kyoto, please contact LINK KYOTO.

Anniversary and social event - Heian Jingu Shrine (Shobikan) -

The Shobikan is typically not open to the public and is regarded as a "special room."
Completed in 1913, it was moved from the central hall of the Kyoto Exposition within the Kyoto Imperial Palace. The sliding doors, designed by renowned Japanese painter Mochizuki Gyokukei—active from the late Meiji to early Showa periods—are decorated with cranes, pine trees, bamboo, and plum blossoms painted on gold backgrounds in each room.
Experience the rare privilege of a private event overlooking the magnificent strolling gardens of Shin-en Garden.

Educational Travel Program

Kyoto is uniquely defined by its thousand-year history as the heart of Japanese culture, its status as a world-class international tourism destination, and its vibrant identity as a leading academic hub with over 30 universities. Together, these strengths establish Kyoto as a ‘City of Learning.’

Kyoto's resilience, shaped by numerous hardships, coupled with its rich history and daily culture, strongly aligns with the modern educational aim of "creating a curriculum open to society."
In response to the emphasis on "Inquiry-Based Learning" in the latest national curriculum guidelines, we have organized Kyoto’s diverse resources to promote more active and practical learning experiences.

We invite students, driven by intellectual curiosity, to explore this "Capital of Learning," where a thousand years of hidden wisdom await.
